Reasons For Back Pain During A Full Body Workout

There are many reasons that contribute to the onset of lower back pain, during and after an intense full body workout.

Strength training, that specifically focuses our mid section and lower body workouts, may sometimes lead to a severe back pain due to wrong posture or poor flexibility.

Workouts, such as leg raises, crunches, toe touches and even squats, need to be performed with a straight spine, in a series of smooth movements.

Sudden jerky movements may also lead to a sprain in the muscle tissues or a herniated disk of our vertebrae.
